At SheTalks, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our community and to preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

SheTalks has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, communication, or activity that exploits, abuses, endangers, sexualizes, or harms minors in any way.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM);

  • grooming or attempts to build a relationship with a minor for sexual exploitation;

  • sexual solicitation, coercion, extortion, or blackmail involving a minor;

  • sharing, requesting, distributing, or promoting sexual content involving minors;

  • trafficking, exploitation, or any activity that endangers children.

Any user who violates this policy may have their account suspended or permanently removed, and the relevant content may be removed immediately.

2. Reporting and in-app feedback mechanism

Users can report concerns, inappropriate behavior, or suspected CSAE directly through the reporting and support features available within the SheTalks app.

Reports can also be sent by email to:

coralie.tialco@gmail.com

We review reports related to child safety as a priority.

3. Action against CSAM and CSAE content

When we become aware of content or behavior that may involve CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action, which may include:

  • removing the content;

  • suspending or banning the user account involved;

  • preserving relevant information where legally required;

  • reporting confirmed CSAM or illegal activity to the appropriate authorities or child safety organizations, in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Compliance with child safety laws

SheTalks complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required and legally permitted.
