    • Physical risks: Meetings between users or participation in events may involve physical risks for which Genèse cannot be held responsible. Each user must take their own safety precautions during meetups.
    • Venue safety: Events may take place in public or private venues that we do not control. It is the responsibility of each participant to assess the safety of the venue and the people present.
    • Behavior of other users: Genèse is not responsible for the behavior of participants during meetups and events. We encourage users to exercise caution and to report any inappropriate behavior to our moderation team.
All participants are advised to take appropriate safety measures, such as meeting other users in public places and informing a close friend or family member of the location where the meetups are taking place.
